Please note that mold quality plays a very important role to make sure product quality during production.Especially for making medical consumables such as disposable syringes and infusion set etc. The mold quality depends on it's precision, material and structure etc. And the high precision mold have long life, Our mold life can reach about over 3.5 million shots. PP material for mold trial should be prepared by buyer and it should be exact the same as production use in buyer's factory to not cause any difference on trial result. To make sure syringe barrel and plunger molding quality, more attention should be paid to mold quality control. That means mold supplier will play a n important role during syringe production. The syringe barrel produced by mold should be with high evenness, perpendicularity and accuracy, an need ensure its luer joint ratio of 6:100. The fit of the plunger and barrel mus be relatively high. Mold base, mold core and mold cavity are required to be treated with quenching and hardening process, these process will take more than a month. Our engineers team went to India again on August 16 for a new Syringe Production Line installation. The whole line installation has been finished already, ended on August 23, 7 days in total as usual. Except Injection Molding Machine which is of high import tax in India, this line includes all necessary Syringe Making Machines, like Syringe Injection Molds, Syringe Printing Machine, Syringe Assembly Machine, Blister Packing Machine and ETO Sterilization Chamber. This visit is for Pen-Type Blood Collection Needle Assembly Machine. Good news! We have made major technological breakthrough in 1ml syringe assembly machine, which greatly improve its assembly speed for 1ml syringe. The assembly speed for 3-part 1ml syringe was only about 180 pieces per min before because of its small dimensions limit. Our engineers have been studying this and trying best to improve it with types of ideas and thousands of tests in the past year. Finally they succeeded in improving it by making 1ml syringe arrangement tighter on station discs. Now its assembly speed for 3-part 1ml syringe can reach about 350 pieces per min or more, almost double of the speed before. It can enlarge your daily output greatly. We treated one key customer from Russia about Syringe Machines cooperation yesterday. Our communications started at the end of last year.
